Website enquiries and order acceptance

Submitting a cart or bulk order sends a request for review, not a confirmed purchase. No payment is taken online. Availability, specifications, pricing, payment arrangements and delivery terms are confirmed separately in a quotation. An order proceeds only after its terms are agreed and accepted by SURYA.

Products and quotations

Product photographs are illustrative. Natural flowers, stone, wood and handcrafted items may vary in colour, texture, size and finish. Packaging, quantities, custom specifications, shipping charges, currency, taxes and any import charges must be reviewed in the quotation before acceptance. We do not substitute agreed products without your approval.

Delivery and import requirements

Delivery depends on product availability, destination restrictions, carrier schedules, customs clearance and other conditions agreed in your quotation. Customers must provide accurate delivery details and meet any agreed destination import requirements. Unless expressly included in the quotation, duties, taxes and customs charges are not included.

Flowers operate from the USA. “Delivery in 1 day” and “Fresh flowers guaranteed” are subject to conditions, availability, eligible destinations and the confirmed delivery arrangements; they are not unconditional promises. Meat products are not available for delivery to the United States.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds after an order has been accepted. This is particularly important for fresh flowers, other perishable goods and custom-specification products. Contact SURYA before changing or cancelling an accepted order; any change is subject to the agreed quotation and work already undertaken.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement or other remedy for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, those rights remain available.

Delivery concerns

Inspect products promptly on delivery and report missing, damaged or incorrect items through the contact channel used for your order, with your order reference and photographs where possible. Keep packaging and relevant delivery information while the concern is reviewed. Prompt reporting helps us investigate perishable-product concerns without limiting any mandatory legal rights.

Responsible use and liability

You must provide accurate enquiry information and must not misuse this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SURYA is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
